New Faculty Brown Bag: Student Success In-Person

Join your fellow first-year faculty for an essential monthly gathering designed to help you flourish at Xavier! These informal lunchtime sessions create space for connection, learning, and practical guidance as you navigate your new academic home.

This Month's Focus: Student Success

Discover how Xavier's support systems can enhance your teaching and strengthen student outcomes. Dr. Nathaniel Holmes, Assistant Provost for Student Success, will guide you through the EAB/Navigate platform, a tool that helps faculty identify and support struggling students.

Who should attend and why? All new full-time faculty should try to attend these brown bags. Beyond the practical tools, these meetings offer a community of peers who understand the joys and challenges of your first year at Xavier.
