 powerful tools for student retention and success. This session will explore 
 practical approaches to supporting your students through consistent 
 feedback\, timely communication\, and strategic use of Xavier's support 
 systems.\n\nDr. Robin Vander\, Associate Dean of the College of Arts & 
 Sciences\, will speak about emerging trends in student expectations and 
 student-teacher-(and parent!) dynamics. Learn about best practices in this 
 changing environment and get a chance to ask the Associate Dean any
