DESCRIPTION:Join us for a series informal roundtable discussions about the 
 draft statement regarding AI use in academic settings at Xavier. Members of 
 the drafting committee will be present to answer questions and gather 
 feedback from all members of our university community.\n\nThese 
 unstructured conversations are open to students\, faculty\, staff\, and 
 alumni. Come share your thoughts\, ask questions\, and help shape this 
 important policy that will guide our institution's approach to artificial 
 intelligence in academic settings.\n\nMultiple sessions will be offered to 
 accommodate different schedules. Light refreshments will be 
 provided.\n\nThe draft statement is attached to this calendar 
 event.\n\n\n	What to expect: Informal discussion format with committee 
 members available to clarify policy details and collect community 
 input.\n	Who should attend: All university community members 
 welcome.\n	What to bring: Your questions\, concerns\, and ideas about AI in 
 academic contexts.\n\n\n Registration is not required. You can attend for 
 the full session or stop by when you have a few minutes.
