DESCRIPTION:Join us for a hands-on workshop designed to help you master 
 Zoom's advanced classroom and meeting tools. This session will cover 
 essential techniques for creating more interactive and engaging virtual 
 sessions\, including how to effectively use breakout rooms to facilitate 
 small group discussions and collaborative work.\n\nWe'll start with key 
 Zoom basics\, including enabling the AI Companion\, configuring important 
 settings before your meetings\, and setting up recordings. The main focus 
 will be on breakout room strategies: creating and assigning rooms\, moving 
 participants between rooms during your session\, and using Zoom's timer 
 feature to keep activities on track. Whether you're teaching 
 synchronously\, hosting department meetings\, or facilitating collaborative 
 workshops\, these tools will help you manage group dynamics and maximize 
 participant engagement.\n\nThis workshop is designed for hands-on 
 learning\, so please come prepared with questions about your specific use 
 cases. All participants should have Zoom installed and be familiar with 
 basic meeting functions.\n\nThis workshop is limited to members of the 
 Office of Student Affairs in the College of Pharmacy.
